During the initial consultation, nutrition and overall fitness levels are assessed and a customised plan is then created, including recommendation of the appropriate nutritional supplements, exercise programme and motivational techniques. Each 75 minute massage treatment is customised for your needs. Whether it be deep relaxation or more intensive tissue detoxification, your massage will target specific areas of tension to maximise the benefit of your treatment. The massage includes a personalised aromatherapy / essential oil blend.

Summer Pamper Preparation

This pampering package will kick start your summer beauty routine! Get smooth with an exfoliating treatment and an extreme foot spa, followed by a rejuvenating marine facial. With the addition of a lovely tan using all-natural products, you'll be beach-ready in no time.
