First thing first in the morning drink warm to hot water or you can add up with just one at a time to have a varityof results then choose what best your taste buds ginger,lemongrass,lemon,honey,green tea a products of natural origin are the source and root of modern medicine which serve us the basis of curing so many infirmities an as effective home remedies,no milk to plush the stomach,intestine vili clearing the plaque and help digestive and your immune system and the whole body to have a good absortion,elimanation,circulation.we mum’s must look after first ourself before we can look after anybody reason for that is we are the strong pilar in our home we are behind the success of our husband and children we have to be empower,equippe,rejuvenate ,retore,renew the source of energy to transform to our everyday activities. we given too much to our family, and love ones. we have to have breakfast the important meal of the day,exercise and keep the 3 keys to process and have a succesfull ongoing activities mind set,skill set and action set. what it mean is we are a super person because we have a multi task especially women’s with young familys to look after and plus their work out side home .thats why we have to take that extra care for our self. I know I was told don’t have time for me, all been taken for the children taking here and there your time revolving to others, but listen when your energy is run down how could you help them so live in a balance .Before every meal drink warm to hot water then after 10 to 15 minutes eat your mea breakfast,lunch,dinner and snacks. this is also good for everyone the whole family can do. Start eating ….. and stop dieting 3 healthy simple meals breakfast,lunch,dinner you can start for the whole family what you are eating the rest of the family will eat same too.there should not have childrens menu,children should eat what adult eat we lead by examples give them small portion . it is possible to put together a healthy simple meal plan for the family and eat in moderation will help keep mums and family healthy and strong bones.Protein,carbohydrates,and fiber should be included in every meal through the day and breakfast is no exception. In the like of organic fruits, vegetables,eggs,raw nuts,cottage cheese,oatmeal,sprouted grain bread,tomato asparagus . Snacks ,you never want to let your body,mind soul to hungry as hunger leads also to binge eating of unhealthy food and much more difficult to sticking eating healthy habits and it is important to keep the snack handy and ready and always prepared so you never experience hunger as blood sugar low without a healthy option nearby. Then when if you are sick then, there are only two (2) things to worry about***. you will either get well or you will die.****. Then when, if you get well there’s nothing to be worry about*****. Then when, if you die there are only two(2) things to worry about. either you will go to Heaven or Hell.*****.Then when , if you go to heaven there is nothing to worry about.But then when, if you go to Hell you will be so very busy shaking hands with friends, so you won’t or never have time to worry at all…..

Here it is! Breakfast can help prevent many illnessess start of high blood pressure, stroke,heart attack and sudden death to men and women.my grandma’s advice on not to never skip breakfast always remember it even today ! do you know that main cause of high blood pressure is the chronic deficiency of essential nutrients in millions or even trillions of artery wall cells are responsible for all the availability of relaxing factors (nitric oxide) in which decrease vascular wall tension and keep the blood pressure in normal range .these is my grandmas tips for healthy living. she give me an example when we plan to have a vegie garden we prepare everything to be sure the soil is cultivated fertiliser is,the area is sure that water will not be everywhere so that when we plant the specific plant they will grow healthy and we ussually water the plant twice a day to be sure the plant survive until they are really able to stand by it self that all the fertiliser and the watering you do helps them to grow stronger and healthy plants. we do that because we like to have a good harvest an also we like to eat a healthy looking food now this kind of stock me she always give example all the time for me to understand explaining and I keep asking questioned. she said we are those plants no different at all.

The studies performed at the memorial University in St Johns Newfound Land found that the eating even light low fat breakfast was very critical in modifying the morning platelets activation in the body. consumed either protien,carbohydrates,fibre,fruits,yogurt or milkor soy.
So, if you skip breakfast it is important that you think it twice just think and listen to your body for its only you can make decesion for you otherwise change the habit or practice immediately to correct the system and you can bevelop a simple plan to eat cereal like oatmeals etc.remember have the three keys protien,carbohydrates,fibre .

When I was growing up my grandma always drink 2 to 3 mugs of warm to hot water sometimes flavoured with ginger, lemon juice and honey first thing in the morning before any thing to eat. It become a habit and accustomed to do it everyday then after 10 t0 15 minutes we have breakfast .My grandma told me how important that I will do it every day and before each meal to drink warm to hot water, if hot water not available drink a room temperature water but not to drink cold water .The reason for that is our stomach inside are warm that keep us healthy as along we put the right staff into our mouth it will always process into our stomach.Drinking hot water helps our body to flush the plaque keep the wall of the entistine vili healthy and clean so that food we eat will absorb vitamin and minerals to all the 12 organ in our body feeding them to keep us healthy as it said we are what we eat and absorb. Breakfast is must we never missed she always prepared for us and what ever left over from dinner time we eat it for breakfast my early lesson that never to miss breakfast because she said very importand. if I want to live a healthy living and enjoying living everyday that’s life to offer so that kind stock with me tradition and I teach to my studentst and clients. Your first meal of the day breakfast will help to keep me going for my whole day activities, I could miss big lunch and dinner of food and have just drink of water and have some fruits it will keep you going for the day.It is important to have the fiber,protein,carbohydrates in every day meal our breakfast is must never to forget and miss it.
Never to drink cold water while eating, why it because will upset the digestive system, cause indigestion upset stomach.cold water will solidify any oily or stuff that just consumed and it slow down proper digestion then react the stomach acid and then absorb into intestine then to the organ like heart to the artery cause blood clot,cholesterol plaque and slow down the system . It slowly attach our emmuine system and leads to all sort of desease like mental illness,heart failure, cancer of any kind and others of many names. so lets be careful and be aware so prevention is better and the better chance we could survive an enjoy life and the more we are informed and get the knowledge about the ANATOMY and PYSIOLOGY of our body and understanding more about it.
